Frequently Asked Questions for DuraVent 24 Foot Metal Chimney Package for MFP39-14, MFP44-14, MFP49 and Custom Unit Fireplace w39 Decorative Glass Media h63

What should I check if I need a receipt or invoice for my purchase?

Report an unexplained discrepancy using the appropriate order reference. Confirm document availability and required details without assuming a particular format or policy.

How can I ask for product information in a format I can use?

Request a clearer explanation of an essential detail rather than a general reassurance. Review whether important conditions are included in the alternative explanation.

What should I consider before answering an optional purchase survey?

Do not assume a survey response opens a support case. Keep any promised survey-related confirmation only if you need it.
